U14 Hurling

Cois Bhride 4-10 Tramore 5-02

Last Monday evening we hosted Tramore in the County Hurling Championship in Tallow. After a bright start we raced into a three point lead thanks to points from Darragh Buckley, Ciaran McCArthy and Ian Beecher. Tramore then hit back with a well worked goal before we replied with goals from Mark Stewart and Darragh Buckley. However just before half time Tramore hit back with 2 goals to leave the half time score Cois Bhride 3-03 Tramore 3-00. Eventhough we were playing by far the better hurling, Tramore were still in touch as their full forward line were causing us plenty of problems. We started the second half well with 2 points from Eoin McGrath before Tramore struck for another goal. However midway through the half Darragh Buckley hit 2 goals and 4 points to give us a comfortable win in the end. Next up is another home game versus Roanmore next Monday evening in Tallow.

U12 Go Games Hurling League

Our U12s hosted Naomh Brid last Friday evening in the U12 Go Games and ran out comfortable winners on a 6-13 to 1-01 score line.
